The owner has more than 10 years of experience in servicing, repairing and installing screw compressors. What does a compressor service include?
We change the oil and filters and, when needed, the oil separator and belts. We check for leaks, noise, vibration and temperatures, inspect the bearings, the thermostatic, non-return, inlet and minimum pressure valves, the safety valve, pressure switch and condensate drain, clean the cooler and check the connections and electrics. Finally the compressor is test-run and the service is recorded.
The service interval depends on the compressor type and running hours. We tell you when the next service is due – and remind you.

We are just as happy to service one compressor as all the equipment in a workshop – no other services needed.

Do you service just one compressor?
Yes. We service single compressors for industry, farms, construction companies and workshops in Finland – you do not need to order other services.
How often should a screw compressor be serviced?
Typically every 2,000 running hours with mineral oil and every 4,000 hours with synthetic oil – but at least once a year even if the hours are not reached.
Do you service portable compressors?
Yes. We service and repair diesel and electric portable compressors at our workshop at Verstaantie 2, Koski Tl, Finland – for example for plant hire companies and contractors.

Do you find compressed air leaks?
Yes. Leaks are a common cause of wasted electricity. We locate them with an acoustic camera and can repair them – in Finland, compressed air leak repairs are charged at 86 €/h excl. VAT plus parts.
